Post Pandemic Stress

Now that our life is somehow getting back to normal, some people are feeling post pandemic stress. It is very common. Clients that I did not get to see for over a year are telling me how they feel depressed, unmotivated or down. Human touch is so important. Holding hands or giving hugs are simple but they create happiness and a smile in everyone. Ask your friends and family how they are. If possible, give hugs and hold hands. I am a body therapist and I get to touch and heal my clients but I also receive their love. I am so fortunate to be in this profession. Let's connect and share love everyone ! We all need it.
